The Kāhu Project

My name is Cara Thomson, and I am a Masters student at the University of Auckland researching bird behaviour. For the field portion of my research, my team and I will be conducting behavioural research with Australasian Swamp Harrier Hawks (Kāhu) within 1.5 hours of Auckland Central. Research might include locating nests and trailing some Kāhu deterrence methods as part of a DoC sponsored MSc project.
